We have had a shift in the management team since our last update where the deputy decided that Hart Care was not for her however we have been fortunate to recruit an incredibly experienced person in her place. Karen started in September 2024 and has been working with Kelly to continue making improvements around the home, they have already proven to be a strong team with the recent inspector using the words “formidable team” when describing them and how they work

• This has led to a third consecutive good rating from Care 4 Quality, who we use for independent and impartial reviews on our service, something we are so very proud of!

• We have continued to recruit to ensure that we are staffed to the safest level we can be – we are able to say that we have still not used any agency staff for over 18 months, this is something that really helps us to achieve that person centred level of care as the team are able to build relationships with the residents, their family members and visiting professionals

• Our activity lounge has had a well needed refresh and upgrade – it is looking fabulous!
