Finding the right room at Hart Care

Finding the right room in a care home is one of the most important steps to making residents feel comfortable in their new surroundings.

At Hart Care, we have a wide range of rooms with lots of different features to suit our residents various needs and requests. 

Below is a quick summary of the types of rooms residents can access at Hart Care. 

En suite rooms

Nearly all of the rooms at Hart Care have en suite bathrooms. The added privacy an en suite gives our residents, helps them assimilate to care home life quickly whilst maintaining their independence. 

Each of our en suites have handrails and alarms for added peace of mind. Modifications and adaptations can be made to all the bathrooms to suit our resident’s physical needs.

Double rooms

To accommodate elderly couples, our care home has a number of double rooms, fully equipped and organised for two occupants. 

Private living rooms are also available for some double rooms, giving couples a greater sense of privacy and independence. 

Garden access rooms

A number of our ground floor rooms have direct access to our beautiful gardens which overlook The Moors. These rooms are a fantastic option for residents who are still physically able to get out and enjoy the outdoors.

Dartmoor view rooms

The views across Dartmoor are without a doubt one of our resident’s best loved bits of our care home. Many of the rooms on the first and second floors have sweeping views across The Moors, providing residents with a connection to nature even if their circumstances stop them from venturing outdoors.

Pet friendly rooms

Hart Care at Ravenscroft is a pet friendly care home. We have a number of larger rooms with direct access to the garden that are suitable for pets and their owners.
