Quality and qualifications

In order to provide the highest quality of medical care to our patients Hart Care only employs experienced and qualified nursing staff. To assure these standards are upheld the care provision at the home is provided by a co-operative of registered nurses and fully trained care professionals.

Leadership

Our team of care staff is led by a full-time Home Manager and Registered General Nurse, who offers a wealth of experience in elderly care, palliative care and general nursing and implements and monitors the practices and standards of nursing across the home.

Specialist care

At Hart Care we believe it is important to meet the needs of residents who suffer from long-term illnesses or health conditions. To meet these requirements, we employ nursing staff who are qualified to provide a range of specialist care – offering expert support to residents with complex conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, as well as end of life care.

Around-the-clock care

To ensure our residents are comfortable and cared for at any time of the day or night our qualified staff operate on a 24-hour care rota. This around-the-clock care gives residents the peace of mind that comes with knowing professional assistance is always at hand, and reassurance that there will be someone available to meet their medical and personal needs whenever they require help.
