We look forward to Mothers Day afternoon tea on 30th March at Hart Care where resident’s family members are invited to join their loved ones for this event and look forward to a really good turn out. There is also a full activities list every week, which keeps the residents entertained.
We are making some new improvements around the care home over the coming weeks/months to freshen up some areas of the care home. Our maintenance team will be continually refurbishing areas where needed to keep up our high standards.
Our staff recruitment is ongoing and include the following:-
- We have two excellent ex-members of staff coming back to work at Hart Care this month and really looking forward to them re-joining the team.
- We have also promoted another member of our team to TL, which will be a great asset to our team as her work has been excellent since joining us.
- We have a new cook who started in the last month who is an avid baker, so the residents have really been enjoying a selection of baked treats when she is in the kitchen.
We have received some lovely and very complimentary reviews/emails from residents & ex-resident’s families in the last few months, which shows the team are doing an excellent job in looking after our residents, however we are continually looking to make further improvements around the home and are always happy to receive suggestions in our suggestion box in the reception area.
